In preparation for Imperial Storm, Battlegroup III will be running a short, two-week competition, intended to serve as a preparation and as a refresher for the battles to come in the fleet-wide Imperial Storm competition (expected to start in March).

As opposed to the usual 48 hour/72 hour conflicts in Imperial Storm, each BG3 pilot will have two weeks to accumulate points across PvP/PvE matches and/or specified single-player missions.

Points for winning PvP/PvE matches will be based on the current multiplayer game points for the TIE Corps. For reference, please view the chart here:

Points for SP missions will be based on percentage of high score. As a deviation from Imperial Storm scoring, each SP mission will be worth a maximum of 25 points. All pilots will receive a bonus 5% added to their score, ensuring that the minimum points for completing an SP mission (scoring less than 1% of the high score) will be 1.25 points, with the maximum points (scoring 95% or more of the high score) set at 25 points. Additionally, unlike an Imperial Storm battle, this training exercise will include multiple SP missions - one for each supported single player platform.

In honor of the Challenge's 29th birthday, the six selected SP free missions will all be designed by a Challenge veteran and involve a BG3 squadron.

SP Missions will be announced when the competition begins

IS-GR for the pilot with the most points
IS-SR for the pilot with the second-most points
IS-BR for the pilot with the third-most points
IS-CR for the pilot with the fourth-most points

If a tie breaker is required, tie will be broken first by SP score first, followed by PvP/PvE match count second, followed by PvE/PvP kill count
