I didn't find any issues with mission 2 on Easy, but mission 1 was annoying. All the waiting in this battle REALLY dragged it down. Almost gave it a 1 but trying to not be so harsh...

Mission 2 is not calibrated well. I wonder if its mission creator actually completed it. Will note it for revisit at a future date.

This battle left me with mixed emotions. The plotline is marvelous, and so are the preliminaries in every mission, but the missions are so unbalanced. Some are just perfect, the atmosphere, the action, the right difficulty, then some are more than challenging, close to frustrating, and others are quick as a the flight of an arrow in a clear sky. However, it is a very engaging battle and is well worth a try.

This battle seems like a poor conversion from another format. Technical aspect of the mission needs to be refined Frustrating in places – still worth a fly

================== Tour of Duty #4: Ambassadors ================== Missions by FLT Neo, Plotlines by MAJ Striker Mission 1: Dancing with the Wolves This mission is a recon of the main Rionese HQ, and places you in the craft of Ares 1-1 (X-Wing). It is your job to inspect all major Rionese cap ships and defenses, and escape with the data intact. You have no other support on this mission except for Ares 1-2(X-Wing): otherwise it's you versus the Rionese Navy. Have fun. Mission 2: Unexpected Encounter We are now planning an ambush of a convoy on it's way to the main Rion HQ. You will fly Razor 1-1 (B-Wing) and are accompined by the rest of Razor One Flight and One Flight from Black Squadron (X-Wings). It is down to you and your three craft to make sure that NO Rionese craft escape into hyperspace: all ships in the convoy must be disabled. The clock's ticking. Mission 3: Beware of the Snake Remember the Rionese base from mission 1? Well you're paying another visit although this time you are in White 1-1 (X-Wing) and are being supported by White 2-1 (X-Wings). It is up to to fake an attack on the convoy which we already have defeated. One small differance however is that all the crews have been replaced with Intelligence Teams, so don't actually destroy the convoy. Should you find yourself in dire straights and need help, upon the destruction of White Two Flight, A-Wings from Intruder One Flight will hyper in and save your candy ass. Mission 4: Blind and Deaf In the middle of deep space lies a satellite communication device, which is the only relay link between PLT Erika and the rest of the Rionese world. It is your task to dispose of it and once gain you find yourself in the cockpit of White 1-1, although this time it is just One Flight from White Squadron. The satellite has no moving defenses like starfighters or cap ships, but it does have a rather large minefield which contains over 50 mines. Enjoy. Mission 5: Free-loaders Now this where the fun begins. The Warspite, Fear and Ka'tal are all off on a merry tour of PLT Erika, and they plan to capture the ambassadors on board the platform. However, it does have defenses in Rionese and Rebel shapes so you've been tagged along in the form of Knight 1-1 (A-Wing). To keep you company White, Panther, Black and Enforcer are also coming to join in. Prepare for some big furballs against the Rebs and the Rionese.
