Gold Star of the Empire Tribune Fleet Admiral Moreco grew a lot in the understanding of the court. He created and made the database evolve greatly over time, He is also pushing the P-INQs and INQs to be more active and evaluating their performance. He has been a great help to keep the HCI on the right track and a great right arm for myself. For this I award him a Gold Star. Recommended by: HA Royal |
