I have begun the implementation of new units into the Hammer\\\'s Fist organization. You should now see the following units:
7th Sky Battalion
- 66th DA (stands for Direct Action) Company
- Aurek, Besh, and Cresh Platoons with 3 Squads each
- 1st PsyOps (stands for Psychological Operations) Company
- Aurek, Besh, and Cresh Platoons with 3 Squads each
The 66th DA Company will be designated with the platform of gaming. All members of this company will primarily be participating in FPS games such as SW: Battlefront II.
The 1st PsyOps Company will be designated with the platform of roleplaying. All members of this company will be primarily participating in runons, writing fiction, etc.
As of right now, all active members who have responded to my email are assigned to the new units. Those who have no yet responded are remaining in the old units until they either respond or declared AWOL. Once all members have been moved from the old units, they will be closed.
You should now see proper unit names and positions, thanks to LGN Zsinj. Squad Member is now Fire Team Member (\"Fire Team\" is shortened to \"Team\" in the actual unit and ID line, though it is still considered a \"Fire Team\"), Squad Leader is now Fire Team Leader, and Platoon Commander is now Detachment Leader. The Field Manual is now uploaded, and the link off from the main site here should direct you to the new manual. It is all completel except for the CSMA and Certification entries.
I would like to welcome and congrate two new members to the General Staff: MGN Keth D\'Jek to Commander of Operations and COL Rebelkiller to Commander of Training.
MGN Keth has a long background in the Hammer\'s Fist and I believe will be invaluable to getting some quality activities running. COL Rebelkiller brings considerable administration experience in the EH, including time spent as the head of a group academy. He is very eager to help out and I am sure will be a valuable asset to the Hammer\'s Fist.
Congratulations to both of you!

We have recieved some apps for CT, be ready for an announcement in a few days. You still have 2 days to get them in if you are intertested.
We are currently also looking at new platforms and the ability to utilize them effectively in addition to the other main activities of the Fist.
Its good to see the activity of members and we hope to capitilze on that move forward. Our main goal in all of this is to build the HF into something we all can be proud of.

You may be asking yourself, what is with the asterisk in my rank?
The ranks have been changed a bit, as such the asterisk indicates you are currently assigned an obselete rank. If you are currently active duty, your rank will be converted soon. If you are not assigned to an active unit, your old rank will remain unless you return to duty, at which point your rank will be converted.

The HFXO and I are now accepting applications for the Commander of Training position. This is a General Staff position that will require a great deal of attention, so please read over the details carefully before you apply.
The CT will be responsible for the following:
- Creating, updating, and otherwise maintaining the academic courses of the Carrida Stormtrooper Military Academy.
- Processing new recruits into the Hammer\'s Fist and guiding them through their initial training process.
- Managing a staff of CSMA personnel on an as needed basis.
- Working very closely with the PRF and HFXO to assist in the rebuilding process of the Hammer\'s Fist.
- Working closely with the and follow any EH-wide training regulations set by the EH Training Officer.
Candidates for CT MUST meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of one year experience as an active member of the Emperor\'s Hammer (any group)
- Minimum of 48 hours email response time, 24 preferrable.
- Basic understanding of HTML.
- An understanding of how an EH training academy works and the ability to fairly mark exams in a timely fashion.
- You must be prepared to commit to a minimum of a 6 month tour of duty.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience as a staff member in an EH Academy (SA, CSMA, IWATS, etc).
- A regular IRC presence, or the ability to have one.
We will accept applications from any member of the EH. If you do get this position and also hold another position elsewhere, we will expect you to devote the majority of your attention to the Hammer\'s Fist. You should be prepared to work very closely with the Hammer\'s Fist General Staff, and should be open minded and prepared to accept some constructive criticism regarding your work.
When applying, be sure to cover each requirement listed and include information such as your experience in the Emperor\'s Hammer and why you\'d think you would be a good CT. If you have any ideas or plans for the position, please go over that as well. Be professional, and only apply if you are serious about working hard towards the future of the Hammer\'s Fist.

It has been a while since I have made a post on the news page, but there is starting to be some more activity in the Directorate.
First off, I have some administration that needs to be taken care of.
The Directorate is not closed, nor is it dead ... yet. High Admiral Rapier, is currently emailing all active members of the Directorate to find out how much interets there is in keeping this group alive.
Looking at the roster you will notice that we have not appointed a Grand Moff, Any inquiries should be directed to the appropriate member of the Ministry Council. General Enquiries, should be adressed to Defast Insite (DGMF), Keth D'Jek (MoE) and Czulvang Lah (MoC) and High Admiral Rapier (JAG Officer). Contact details can be found on their profiles.
