From HA Anahorn Dempsey, Commodore of the ISDII Challenge: After the recommissioning of the ISD-II Challenge, COL Silwar Naiilo soon joined the newly formed Tempest squadron. While still at its infancy, the squadron required a new Commander and COL Naiilo stepped in. For the past (almost) 9 months, he has served his squadron well, leading by example, providing the Gonk tool, and working hard with our IO on the new website, and was part of the team that designed the new TC logo. This shows that the Colonel not only cares for his squadron, but the TC as awhole. In recent history, he lead his squadron to maximum success in Squadron (Re)mobilization 3, and has done what I personally feel to be the most important part of being in a command position: to lead by example, earning Silver Stars in nearly every single month of his tour as Commander, whilst getting Bronze Stars in the other months. He is versatile, playing both PvE and PvP, as well as SP missions, making him as all-round as myself. For his exemplary servive to Tempest squadron, and the ISD-II Challenge, as well as the TIE Corps, I would recommend COL Naiilo be promoted to the rank of General.
