This promotion has been a long time coming... LCM Akreseus is a truly great and dedicated pilot, far more dedicated it seems, to eradicating the New Republic whenever he engages them; than reporting his victories to his command staff! Not one for the administration side of his duties, "Akre" to his wing-mates, will be found in the Chalquila Bar when he's not in his cockpit. However it is safe to say that no-one in aboard the ISDII Challenge would turn down an opportunity to see the ruthless efficiency with which Akreseus tears through New Republic capital ships and squadrons alike. A pilot that competes in the highest echelons but humble enough to gladly train new cadets. LCM Akreseus is an example to all, it is for all of these reasons and many more that I hereby recommend his promotion to the rank of Commander (CM).

In the more six months since his promotion to Major, Highlander has lead Delta Squadron with aplomb.
He has taken care of the mundane side of being a CMDR without issue, filing his reports and monthly squadron evaluations on time and being a true advocate for his squadron members when promotions and medals are discussed. He has been a consistent presence on Discord and always prompted his squadron to do things, keeping tabs on what his members are up to and not being afraid to challenge inactivity when appropriate.
He has done this whilst looking after his own activity, earning 2 Silver Stars of the Empire, 2 Bronze Stars of the Empire and a pair of Palpatine Crescents alongside an Imperial Security Medal since his last promotion.
It is the view of his Commodore that Major Highlander has served out his time as Major and should be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Sylas Pitt has transferred from Firebird Squadron to become Thunder's XO and Flight Leader of Flight 2.
Ryuzokin has been moved to become flight leader of Flight 3.

For the past 6 months, Kazraran has shown what it means to be a top pilot in the Emperor's Hammer and the TIE Corps. Not only an avid Single Player pilot, he also has an impressive track record for flying PvE and engaging in TC community with his many competition entries. His conduct over this time reflects extremely highly on what it means to be a pilot not only in Sin Squadron, but the ISDII Warrior and the TIE Corps as a whole. His impressive activity has netted him 2 Imperial Security Medals, 3 Palpatine Crescents and rounding off his tenure with a Silver Star of the Empire it is therefore my distinct privilege to promote Kazraran to the rank of Captain!

Robert Hogan has been a stalwart member of Sin squadron for as long as I have known. Over the last year he has led Sin as CMDR from the front and more recently as FL and SQXO with guile.
An avid communicator, he prides himself in inspiring his squad mates to achieve their very best and is never far away from offering advice and support.
He always looks for opportunity to improve the TIE Corps as a whole with ingenious proposals to improve the Imperial University and in designing whole new courses with high quality content.
All the while he maintains the finest example of what it means to be a TIE Corps pilot in his activity. Achieving no less than 2 Silver Stars, 5 Bronze Stars, 2 Palpatine Crescents and an Imperial Security Medal through flying 449 LoCs and 184 LoSs as well as numerous competition entries and victories.
It is with immense pride that I therefore recommend the promotion of Robert Hogan to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
It's not often a CMDR has the honour of recommending a promotion to such a rank and to such a fine pilot.

In recognition of his development efforts in support of Project Minos Relevancy, I am proud to announce that FA Pickled Yoda has been awarded the Imperial Cross by the Fleet Commander! Yoda was my right-hand man during the development process, and I'm happy to be able to announce this recognition.

For exceptionally meritorious and dedicated service to the Emperor’s Hammer during the period of April 2020 to March 2022, while serving as a lead project coder in support of Operation Minos Relevancy. This long-term project entailed a complete recode and redesign of the Emperor’s Hammer web presence, starting with the TIE Corps website that will soon extend to encompass additional EH Groups.
The level of Pickled Yoda’s contributions during this project cannot be overstated. From initial project inception to the phase 1 public release and beyond, Pickled Yoda was both an integral and essential part of the development effort. His direct contributions leveraged PHP, JavaScript, and SQL to support a cohesive finished product. These contributions range from highly visible front-end components which improved ease of use across multiple site functions, to detailed back-end controllers and queries responsible for generating and aggregating data. Were it not for his extensive knowledge, expertise, and direct contributions, the project would not have been successful.
Leveraging his expertise as the Tactical Officer, Pickled Yoda took the lead on all site functions relating to the Battle Center and historical battle completion records. This included detailed analysis of the existing data, and a conversion process which improved data quality for over 800k battle completion records. In addition, he implemented and expanded on his Pyrite library that provides a significantly improved process for users to submit battle completions (BSFs), and streamlines Tactical Office manual review of submissions when required.
During the project, Pickled Yoda contributed many hundreds of hours of work with over 279 commits to the project repository. These figures exclude his additional development time represented in the PHP and JavaScript portions of the Pyrite library.
Pickled Yoda’s efforts have directly supported the development of a modernized system capable of effectively supporting Emperor’s Hammer operations now and into the future. His dedication to the Emperor’s Hammer and its membership sets a standard that others should seek to emulate. Fleet Admiral Pickled Yoda’s extensive accomplishments reflect great credit upon himself, and the Tactical and Internet Offices of the Emperor’s Hammer Strike Fleet.
For his outstanding work on the new website and for everything he had done since becoming the Internet Officer FA Turtle has been awarded the MoH.

Following the retirement of HA Mordechi Wolfe and a discussion with the Warrior's CMDRs, we'll be taking applications for the position of Commodore of the ISDII Warrior.
Requirements:
- At least one completed tour of duty (four months) as a CMDR, preferably recently but this is negotiable.
- A decent amount of time to put in to the position. Doesn't have to be every day, but we'd expect a COM to be active in chat most days and able to work on competitions, reports, pilot assignments, etc. every few days. You might not see how much time the HamCOM or ChalCOM put in because they have their own ship-specific channels, but they'd be the examples to follow.
- Readiness to take on the expectations we have of an admiral in the Emperor's Hammer, which really just means treating pilots respectfully and keeping an eye on the big picture with regard to the organization and its regulations.
