After leading Theta Squadron to a solid finish as the seventh place squadron in Raise the Flag for Imperial Year ABY 33, and with that effort monumental to successfully defending the Flag Bearing title for Battlegroup II, Captain Matt Brass has requested a change of command. With a completed tour of duty and all matters and procedures for the Squadron in good standing, we honor his time and efforts and accept his request. Captain Matt Brass will continue to be active in Theta Squadron as a Flight Member.
Captain Tiran Marr has graciously accepted the nomination to step in and take on the role. Recently returned from the Reserves, Captain Tiran Marr had been eagerly preparing for the role in the past and has been an exemplary member since returning to active duty, inclusive of adding SM/6 to his successful course work where he had previously completed SM/5. We look forward to great things from Theta Squadron into the future under his leadership.

From the Commander of Tempest Squadron, MAJ Morgoth:
Ladies and gents. Tempest has an opening for an XO and we're looking for some fresh blood to help pump some life back into the squadron. If anyone is interested in the position please message @morgoth6791 and tell him why you want to, and why you think you you are of sufficient derangement, to be part of the Tempest nuthouse. References will be required, but will most likely be ignored.
Note that we're not currently requiring anything more than having attained the rank of at least LT for SQXOs. Please let MAJ Morgoth know if you're interested in the role!
