COL Jagged Fell III is the most prolific battle creator of the past 10 years. In a time of diminishing interest in our core gaming platforms, he has led the charge for adding new content and breaking ground in audio and backdrop creation.

Since joining, he has created over 135 missions combined between battles and frees. The majority of these are in the new TFTC platform, which was adopted in large part due to Jagged's advocacy and experimentation with the game. Each of his creations is beautifully crafted and goes the extra mile with customisations such as custom audio and backdrops. In addition he remastered many classic battles from old creators to revitalise and renew them for a modern platform.

He has also successfully taken over the Professorship of several Imperial University courses related to the Tactical Office, plus run several single player competitions to encourage participation in our most core activity. Finally, he was the winner of the 2025 Mission Creation Competition.

No one has contributed more to the Tactical Office in the last five years. Colonel Fell is a worthy recipient of the Grand Order of the Emperor.

The Tactical Office is pleased to announce the latest set of released battles:

• TFTC-TC 12: Out of Time: Far From Home by COL Jagged Fell III
• TFTC-TC 13: The Hammer Falls by COL Jagged Fell III
• TFTC-IW 3: The Valiant and the Immortal by COL Jagged Fell III, remastering a Roguewing battle
• TFTC-F 9: The Wrong Side by COL Jagged Fell III, turning the bonus non-canon mission from the above into a standalone free for the first time
• XWA-F 167: A Broken Adventure III: Old McBeefy had a Farm by GN Master

These releases take the Battle Center past 100 TFTC custom missions, all by the prolific Colonel Fell. Outstanding!

From Battlegroup III BGCOM AD Locke Setzer:

For the past six months, Lieutenant Colonel Jagged Fell III has continued to be one of the most exemplary leaders in Battlegroup III and the TIE Corps as a whole. Under his leadership, Typhoon has continued to thrive, earning a third-place finish in Raise the Flag, 40 tiers completed in ReMob 2025, and two BG3 Squadron of the Month titles since he was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel, in addition to two BG3 Leader of the Month titles awarded to him individually since his last promotion.

Furthermore, he has run two major fleetwide competitions in support of single player platforms (Fly Straight Down the Middle and TIE Golf Invitational 2025), both of which were large scale competitions taking place over multiple months.

From an administrative perspective, LC Jagged Fell III has consistently and without fail both delivered a report and his MSE promptly on the first of every month since his last promotion, going above and beyond our expectations for performance in this role.

In addition to his excellent leadership, he continues to be a model pilot to his squadron and the fleet at large, earning four Bronze Stars and two Silver Stars since his last promotion, as well as recognition as our BG3 Pilot of the Month for June 2025. He also remains an incredible advocate for the TIE Fighter Total Conversion platform, with 28 new TFTC missions published during this time period (and more submitted), creations that go beyond simple mission design, but also incorporate audio and new visual creations as well. The fleet as a whole has benefited from a number of these assets being ported to images, which have enriched our wiki as well.

In short, LC Jagged Fell III continues to go above and beyond on everything we ask of a commander and a pilot in this fleet. As such, it makes for one of the easiest promotion requests for me to write, and I cannot think of a reason to delay it any further.

For this and so much more, I recommend LC Jagged Fell III be promoted to the rank of Colonel!

Since joining Firebird Squadron in March, FM An’ya Kuro has demonstrated unwavering dedication to the squadron. Rising swiftly to the rank of Lieutenant Commander in July, An’ya has continued to excel through steady competition participation; a strong record as an SP pilot - reaching the FCHG rank of Legionnaire; the completion of multiple IU courses, including the Certificate in Flight Operations; and a commendable accumulation of awards that reflect both maximum effort and the ongoing refinement of his new skills.

An’ya’s commitment to the Squadron, the Wing, and the wider Fleet has been evident in every month of his service. His sustained performance, professionalism, and participation ethic are exemplary, marking him as an officer worthy of promotion.

For these reasons, I am pleased to recommend Pilot An’ya Kuro for promotion to the rank of Commander.
