Although it was interesting to follow the story, I must say that fighting such capships while the SSD is here idling is really UNrealistic. Fortunately I found a quite stupid way to make the ssd fire at ESC and CRV : draw the XWs he targets around the capships :p. Anyway I liked piloting with old fighters, very refreshing compared to T/Ds
I can't understand how the last mission could be possible without a beam weapon to give a little more speed to that crappy Y-W. And I hate to have to flee because 8 XWs are chasing me and no more allies to help
Seeing the Sovereign is always great, but it seemed like I had to do everything in some missions(especially the one in the missile boat where I had to destroy many many T/As with Adv Torp before taking on my actual objectives(capships) ) but it was still good globally... The only thing I regret is not to have seen the Sov's superlaser in action :p
Very funny to get into a correlian ship like this one, the kind of ship we hate when we're in fighters...And I just loved destroying the corvette with my gunship although she looked pretty powerful in comparison of my craft.
Enemy AI is so weak, briefing so fast that I don't think a jedi could read it, and you lose because of a "time factor" you weren't aware of, not because you didn't kill enough guys (with a little more time a player could have destroyed all rebels craft almost by himself)
