While shieldless craft should definitely be used more in missions, they should be used correctly. The whole point is that they make up for their lack of protection through safety in numbers, but it's completely the opposite in this mission. In short, it's just unrealistic :P
Just an observation really...what's with the flight groups in the battle called things like "Jihad" and "Hamas"? I've seen this in a few battles now; co-incidentally they're usually hostile craft. I doubt this battle would suffer if some of it's flight groups were given less "political" names... As for the battle itself, that wasn't too great either :P
Definitely one of the more original missions I've flown. It was clear that a lot of effort had been put into this mission and it's definitely paid off :)
This is actually a nice battle...no major bugs, reasonable plot, and some nice capital ship battles. It might not be very original these days but it is only battle number 22 so give it some credit :P
I really do wish that people would stop creating battles that are nothing but mindless "destroy all the fighters" missions. It only gets one point because I encountered no real bugs. Only play this if you're looking for FCHG points.
This is an average battle, which is why I only gave it 2. It's quite obvious that the author simply copied each mission through to the next and changed a few flight groups, because it is so repetitive. Although there are no bugs that I could see, 6 missions of basically the same thing (killing a lot of rebel fighters) is just too boring.
