Great battle to start off, but the end is a little weaker with the repetitive waves of Tie Advanced. Also I'm not sure the bonus mission of saving your other squad mates is possible to complete?

Plotline and briefings are okay, but I am not happy about the execution. The endless waves of pairs of T/As who are dodgy as hell made this feel like half an hour of chinese water torture. What is the logic of launching them in pairs? It's just unrealistic and makes it feel unpolished. Also the CRS was just hanging there and when I made the attempt to finish the bonus goals which are to destroy all Kester craft (which includes the CRS) it started a continous volley of pairs of advanced missiles, I barely managed to dodge my way to the Hammer's hangar.

We have little contact with them, but recently one of our outposts reported a possible infraction into their base computer systems. After analysis, Intel has stated it is likely the slicers in question acquired top secret knowledge of Imperial Fleet operations, and they have traced the intel back to the Kester Carrack-class Light Cruiser Hephaestos. The ISDII Hammer has been dispatched to intercept the Cruiser and ascertain whether or not the Kester have acquired this information.
