Just a reminder for everyone. Admiral Horn will be gone till the 1st of August. Therefore all promotions for the positions of Flight Member, Flight Leader and Commander, as well as the rank promotions from Sub-Lieutenant, Lieutenant, Lieutenant Commander and Commander should be sent to me, with Admiral Horn CCed. All other promotions should be sent to Admiral Horn, which will be taken care of after his return.

As you now can see, while viewing any personnel profile, it lists the proper way to display your medals under the ID line! I hope this helps out many of the newer, and older, pilots within the Emperor's Hammer!

With the leaving of High Admiral Kawolski, as well as numerous other events, several opportunities have opened with IWATS. These include the administration of the Squadron Management course and the RPG course. In addition, submissions for new courses are being taken. Specifics of these openings and such are listed below:

To apply, e-mail your resume with relavent experience to the Training Officer, Fleet Admiral Astatine. A list of references should be included.

New Courses It's preferable that new courses be based around EH gaming platforms, either in the form of tactics courses (to help people play better) or in the form of more technically oriented courses (ie. editing, level making, etc). However, courses based upon programs (such as ICQ) or activities (like web page design) commonly used by members will also be considered.

Submissions for new courses should be made to Fleet Admiral Astatine, and should include details such as the aim of the course, estimated length and how it will be assessed (multiple choice tests, practical work, etc).

The second Training Office competition is now up and running. It features three sections - a TIE Battle, an XWA Battle and a fiction competition. Members can participate in as many or as few sections as they want. Full details are available at the TO site (http://to.dotau.net/). In addition, a "mini-comp" is also running, to take suggestions for a new medal name to be awarded for participating on TO comps. Details for this are also available at the TO site.

It's a new milestone for the Emperor's Hammer TIE Corps! Today, for the first time in its history, we have broken the 1000 membership mark for the TIE Corps!

Attention Emperor's Hammer Membership!

As you all know the NL is one of our greatest mainstays in the EH organization. But it can't be something desired by the populace without your support. You can help support the NL by making a submission.

You can make submissions such as: Works of Fiction, Art work (most common formats), JK Skins, RebEd Cards, and pretty much anything you've made with an editor for a Star Wars game.

All submissions made to the NL, except for TIE Battles (whether TIE, XvT, or XWA) which are awarded medals by the TAC, will recieve a Letter of Achievement from myself (the CA:XO). But in order to recieve this award you must include your ID line or if you're not apart of the TIE Corps, your ID line and e-mail will be required for you to recieve the LoA. The ID line and e-mail can easily be placed at the beginning or end of your submission (whether it be fiction or on the e-mail in which you submit it).

Maked sure all submissions are sent directly to Sector Admiral Compton and CC: myself, Vice Admiral Tron.

You have exactly: TWO weeks to get these submissions in, the last day is the last day of the month of JULY.

While it has links to free missions on the new compendium, at the time of this news post, high scores have not been posted, and no XvT or XWA missions, skirmishes, or battles have been made available.

No new tests are being accepted by High Admiral Kawolski. The course will reopen once revisions have been completed and a new professor for the course is assigned.

Today is my anniversary of 2 years in the Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet! Here's to many more!

Well, this last week went great! I, unfortunately, was not able to make it. Thanks to some help from other officers and mostly Commander StarLion, the afternoon went smoothly! For his continued service I am awarding him the Bronze Star of the Empire. Keep up the good work!

As stated in Flight Office Report #35, High Admiral Kawolski will be retiring from the Emperor's Hammer sometime within the next two weeks. Admiral Horn will be taking his place as Flight Officer and TIE Corps Commander.
