Yep, a new TAC report has hit your email inboxes earlier today. As of the moment this is written, the TACcy Quotes competition for this report is still running, so take a moment to read it :)

This medal is awarded to SA Rapier for his stalwart dedication, loyalty and devotion to the Emperor\'s Hammer throughout the past year. He is one of the longest tenured members of the club and as his time as XO has performed above and beyond what was expected. Without him the EH would not have been as quick to turn around as it did and without his oversight I would have had a more difficult time organizing the club.

As someone pointed out it\'s what was awarded was actually a pretty big deal so here are the list of awards given yesterday

Security Office Report #35 is out, enjoy.

We\'re into week two of the new leaderboard system in Star Wars Galaxies and so far, EH is leading for the Imperials as both a guild and a city (Sanctum Malleus). See below for the Leaderboards as of a few moments ago.

After a lengthy investigation by the Security Office and conferring with SA Rapier, it has been concluded that LT Zoot is in fact Mirei Seppen. As such he/she/it has been removed from the Emperor\'s hammer and all related areas. Zoot/Mirei is to be banned on sight from IRC, the forums and all other EH venues. Anyone receiving any further Communication from Zoot/Mirei should immediately contact the Security Office and email the aforementioned communications to the Security Office.

With yesterdays update comes the new Leaderboards. There are 3 different boards: City, Guild and Individual. You make the ranks on the boards by earning GCW points - the more GCW you earn the higher rank you will be. There are badges for each leaderboard category - you get a badge for each category your guild, city and character is listed in. You get a new badge every 5 times your guild, city or character makes the list so you can potentially get 3 new badges every 5 weeks.

Ontop of that, if the guild or city make the top 5 on the charts we get access to Guild/City Pickup Points. Essentially, you can choose 1 (or 2 if the guild/city is in the top 2) of the designated guild/city waypoints (accessed from the new buttons in your datapad) and it will take you to the nearest shuttle/starport/camp to that waypoint - just like a group pickup point .

So, this is where it pays for us to try have as many of the guild as we can in just one city to maximise the guilds chances at gaining these benefits/rewards. It also pays to get involved in the GCW - Invasions are a good choice if you\'re not into PvP, or Restuss if you\'re willing to give PvP a go :) Running faction missions (preferably in zones on Talus ;) ) is another way to get GCW.
