The results are in, and it was a very close call indeed, with 12 points for 1st place and 2 pilots sharing 2nd place with 11 points. Congrats to MAJ Tek Selkirk for bagging first place, with an excellent second place shared between COL Aticus Jade and LC Kenath Zoron. Alas, no medals but still my thanks for participating to the other returnees who wrote their fictions!

Today Security officer Gio Palermo chose to step down. He has been Security officer for a long time and has done a fantastic job in the role... It is a thankless position that at times can generate friction between people who are friends and the rules of the EH and Gio has always put the EH first as the job required. For his faithful service to the Emperor's Hammer and to it's members I am promoting him to the rank of Fleet Admiral and hope at some point he can come back to the EH as he will always be welcome.

It came to my attention that the guidelines for awarding CoF's for a victorious Star Conflict match weren't known to everyone in the Dark Brotherhood. That's why I want to give you a clear overview of the guidelines I will follow when approving or denying future Star Conflict CoF's.

If you play a Star Conflict MP match together with other EH members or without any other EH mebers and your Team wins the match every DB member in your Team that had at least 1 kill gets a CoF.

As long as I don't hear about anyone abusing this rule I'll use it for deciding who gets a CoF and who's CoF request will be denied.

If a DB member is also member of another Subgroup of the Emperor's Hammer and has recceived or requested the respective MP medal in that Subgroup he can still get a CoF for that match in the DB, too. There is no actual reason or rule preventing that!
