As part of our ongoing drive to bring more people to the Emperor's Hammer and the TIE Corps, we are tapping into various means of short-form video such as TikTok and YouTube Shorts. We aim to regularly post new videos on our EH channels with the purpose of promoting EH and TC to potential new pilots!

If you're interested in creating your own videos, whether it's gameplay, or commentary or just Star Wars related content (from just a few seconds to a few minutes), then what are you waiting for?! Send your videos to our RO, AD TheBlackxRanger, via ro@emperorshammer.org.

To that end, I've created a #video-editing channel on Discord to facilitate collaboration between our video creators and anyone else that's interested in what they're up to. It's an opt-in channel with membership available via #role-assignments.

Major Colo Delste has been a Combat Operations Office Assistant for nearly 15 months now, and in this role he's been an invaluable member of the team. Over the most recent few months, he processed thousands of Legions, primarily during Raise the Flag 2023, without which the biggest competition of the year would grind to a standstill. Besides the manual work, he's also stepped up to have discussions about Combat Operations Manual rule updates that affect a huge portion of what every member interacts with in the TIE Corps. For his contributions, I am pleased to recommend the Gold Star of the Empire.

LC Vapen Van’an has processed nearly twenty thousand legions since he joined the team in August 30 ABY. In the few months, he processed nearly four thousand Legions, including 3500 during Raise the Flag 2023. He has an excellent eye for detail and flagged a significant number of invalid matches, and kept major competitions running smoothly. He also participated in a number of conversations regarding regulations in the Combat Operations Manual. For his contributions, I recommend the Gold Star of the Empire.

Colonel Miles Prower is no stranger to the Combat Operations Office, and he's been an absolute boon to the team as COOA. COL Prower processed nearly six thousand legions over the last four months, while ensuring that matches are accurate and following regulations. He alone processed almost 40% of all matches over the last four months, maintaining the heart of the TIE Corps in a manner which is invisible to most people. For his contributions, I recommend the Gold Star of the Empire.

For completing the TCCORE IU Course at an impressive 100%, SL Caius Lao Bistail of Firebird Squadron has been promoted to full Lieutenant.

LCM Maston Dane, previously a Flight Member in Rho, has been selected to be Rho Squadron's next Squadron Commander (CMDR) and has been promoted to the provisional rank of full Commander (CM) that will be permanent if he receives another rank promotion or completes a full tour of duty. Greetings fellow Imperials.

Once again, I find myself drafting another one of these messages. This time it is less abrupt, perhaps, but I am sure it will be unexpected from some quarters. First, let me emphasize that every ounce of success I had as BGCOM came from the amazing family of pilots that put in the work, even when I started to drift away in communications the last few months. Every scrap of recognition is due to the people in BG2. Second, I was exceptionally proud of the accomplishments of the BG the first time I stepped away. But, this time I am humbled and overawed at the amount of dedication given from the pilots I served with. I could not have asked for a better crew. Third, I am turning over BGCOM to fr0Zen, who has been adamant that his place was in Rho, even waiting a few weeks to join as an SL/FM. His determination to stay faithful to who he is means that BG2 will be left in amazing hands and a pilot who understands the identity of the BG and the direction it will need to go in the future. I only hope everyone gives him as much grace as has been extend to me during my tenures.

As I close this out, a personal note to the pilots in BG1 and BG3, THANK YOU! While I have not served in a leadership role for you, your efforts, whatever they may be, do make a difference and contribute to the larger TC community. And last, but not least, are all the people in TCCS that I have fought with and against, we may not have always agreed on every decision, but I enjoyed the "discussion." Even the heated ones.

I will be going to Reserves until things get settled more firmly and may decide at that time to come back as a lowly FM.

As AD Marenta heads to the Reserves at least for now, I want to thank her for all of her contributions to the TIE Corps over the course of her second tour of duty as the BG2COM. Her commitment to the pilots assigned to her is beyond reproach and obvious in all of her engagements with the other admirals.
