Star Wars Hunters is now available in Germany as Hunters expands their soft launch to additional countries, Hunters is slated for a global release hopefully by the end of this year. Additionally, Hunters has added ranked PVP modes as well as end of match scoreboards which looks promising. You can read through the latest patch notes here.

Star Wars Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace has been ported to PS4/PS5 and is now available! This port includes HD upscaled graphics, rewinding, quick saving, and custom video filters. Relive this era of early Playstation gaming today, you can purchase the game via the Playstation Store

There is a Dark Forces Remaster on the way, developed by Nightdive Studios, this blast from the past makes the jump to the modern era. Featuring resolution up to 4k and 120fps, upgraded gameplay, high-resolution textures, enhanced lighting and rendering, and support for gamepads. Dark Forces Remaster is set to release on February 28th, 2024 and you can wishlist the game on steam to be notified of the game's release!

CPT Wolve Excelsior Berkana recently stepped down from the Recon Office as real life has taken an upswing. I thank him for his tremendous contributions to our team, with his help we previously launched Youtube Shorts which have seen many successes and views for our platforms. Through the suggestions of my Command Attache, I have reviewed and approved the requests for CM Maston Dane and LCM OL"Davy Jonez as Recon Office Assistants to aid in our efforts, welcome to the team gentleman!

As we expand our efforts for the Dark Brotherhood, now known as the Secret Order, our Herald, Khaz Bibble, will be included in RO operations to collaborate on recruitment efforts for the Secret order, creating new graphics, media, etc to continue recruiting for the sub-group.

I have worked with my Command Attache to create a Reconnaissance Office Manual which will serve as the course notes for a new Imperial University course. The Training Office has finalized the proposed course which is titled the Reconnaissance Office Exam. The purpose of this exam is to prepare prospective Reconnaissance Officer Assistants in becoming familiar with the operations of the Reconnaissance Office, which will require a minimum membership length of at least 1 month to be eligible for the course. The course will provide tools and tips for those interested in recruitment of new members and explore the ins and outs of how to be successful in the Reconnaissance Office.

We have also put together a new set of qualifications tailored to the art of Reconnaissance, aptly named the Certificate of Reconnaissance Operations. These courses focus on the lore aspect of Reconnaissance, Field Communications, Grammar, and the ROE course itself. The new exam can be viewed here and the certification can be viewed here

Lastly, I have put together a new webpage with a focus for the Reconnaissance Office, providing general expectations for the office, guides, and the Emperor's Hammer social media channels. We have recently curated a few playlists on our Youtube Channel to include member uploaded videos, whether that be through direct uploads on our channel or your own videos added to our play lists. Two new playlists have been added to our channel!

Custom Mission Playthrough: We love showcasing member submitted content and having a place to archive and view playthroughs of our custom missions is really cool to see! On the TIE Corps discord servers there is a channel dedicated to streaming called #streams. This includes youtube videos members upload to share with the club. We have been slowly adding videos posted over time and this playlist is presently up to 125 videos! Thank you for playing and recording your playthroughs!!

EHTC Recruitment Videos: Over time members take it upon themselves to advertise the Emperor's Hammer, whether that be talking up the club to friends, family etc. or creating some really cool videos showing off what the Emperor's Hammer is all about! If you have an idea for a recruitment video or if you upload your own to Youtube, let us know and we can add your video to the playlist! Guidelines for recruitment videos are fairly lax, just keep it PG-13, put the club in a good light, and show off all the cool things we do!!

The book side of Star Wars has seen a healthy amount of releases this past year, with the majority of releases following the new era called the High Republic. Set 500 ABY to 100 ABY, the High Republic was known to be the height of the Galactic Republic, an era of peace for the Jedi. Below are recent releases and release dates for all new canon stories.

Jedi: Battle Scars follows Jedi Knight Cal Kestis during the events between Jedi: Fallen Order and Jedi: Survivor.

Hunters: Battle for the Arena gives insight to the new characters for the upcoming game, providing story and context for the stakes in the Arena

From a Certain Point of View: Return of the Jedi is a collection of short stories from various points of views during the Return of the Jedi time period, similar to the prior two books, this is the 3rd installment in the From a Certain Point of View line

Crimson Climb focuses on Qi'ra from Solo: A Star Wars story, regaling her backstory during her time with the Crimson Dawn

The Book of Boba Fett Junior Novel covers the events portrayed in the television series, The Book of Boba Fett

Since 2015, Marvel comics have been issuing new canon comics across the entire Star Wars Timeline, the latest comics this year have been covering events between the movies, books, and TV series previously not seen before. The main series include issues from the ongoing series Star Wars: Bounty Hunters, Star Wars: Darth Vader, Star Wars: Doctor Aphra, and Star Wars with a crossover event titled Dark Droids.

Star Wars: The High Republic is an ongoing comic series that is paired with the ongoing High Republic book series, Issue# 1 was first released on November 8th, 2023, with Issue #4 to hit the shelves on February 21st, 2024

An ongoing mini-series titled Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi adapts the TV mini-series as a comic book run, with the series on going, first issued September 13th, 2023, issue #5 is set to release on February 7th, 2024

Dark Horse Studios has started a Republic Adventure mini-series comic, taking place one year after the events of The High Republic: The Battle for Starlight

Mandalorian & Grogu - Star Wars has announced a new movie is on the horizon, created by Jon Favreau, the movie will follow more adventures of The Mandalorian & Grogru. No additional details or dates were announced but the movie may coincide with the shows and the planned Dave Filoni movie.

Rey Movie - A new movie directed by Shareen Obaid-Chinoy is in the works following the events after The Rise of Skywalker, taking place 15 years, Rey Skywalker rebuilds the New Jedi Order and confronts "the powers that rise to tear it down." No dates have been announced, stay tuned for more updates!

Dawn of the Jedi - Directed by James Mangold, this movie takes place around 25,000 BBY, exploring the origins of the Jedi and the force. Will we see the formation of the Galactic Republic? The foundations of what will become The Old Republic? Time will tell!

Dave Filoni Movie - The last announcement of new Star Wars movies is best described as a cinematic event, incorporating everything that has been leading up from the Mandalorian, Ahsoka, and The Book of Boba Fett series, with a focus on the escalating war between the Imperial Remnant and the New Republic. No dates have been announced however it is most likely this will be released well after all the aforementioned TV Shows and Movies finish airing.

Bad Batch The Final Season - The third and final season of The Bad Batch airs on February 21st with a three episode premiere! Follow Clone Force 99 in the continuation of their saga, a familiar face emerges in the latest trailer. According to Star Wars, this character's story will align with the book she is featured in. You can watch the Bad Batch Season 3 trailer here!

Ahsoka Season 2 - Quietly announced with the news of the Mandalorian & Grogu movie, Filming for Season 2 of Ahsoka is underway. No word yet on a release but with all the projects on the horizon, we may see the next season air in late 2025 or early 2026. 

Andor Season 2 - The next season of Andor was confirmed to be on the table from Star Wars but due to delays, we will most likely not see a release of the next season until 2025. The show will resolve Cassian Andor's story and hopefully fill us in on what happens next.  

Skeleton Crew - Starring Jude Law, Skeleton Crew is set between The Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens, focusing on a group of 10-year olds lost in the galaxy looking to find their way back home. With filming wrapped, Skeleton Crew is slated for a 2024 release.

The Acolyte - Taking place during the High Republic era, more specifically about 100 years before Episode I: The Phantom Menace, we will see stories come to fruition following the events of the current High Republic Books/Comics with a focus on how the Sith operated in the shadows. No official trailer has been revealed although there have been some fan recorded trailers floating around. The show is slated for 2024 and filming wrapped late 2023.

Tales of the Jedi Season 2 - Announced at Star Wars Celebration, Season 2 is in development however no concrete dates were provided or what stories the next iteration of this series will be covering but the series is slated for 2024.
