Pretty standard destroy everything mission, although all Imperial craft, including fighters, are considered mission critical (25% must still be alive before killing 50% of the rebel craft). Basic TIE/ln, no warheads, no frills. Sometimes it’s good to fly “old school”.
An allright, simple mission in a TIE...
This mission is overrated. It is OK, nothing more. Kill some fighters and some corvettes, that's it. I don't see anything special there that would justify a 5. When and where has killing Corvettes ever been a challenge? Perhaps if they would move, but they don't. A very average mission.
Oh yes! After all those "kill everything in MIS or T/D" type battles this is a nice change. Flying T/F reminds me of an old days, when I first played good, old DOS Tie Fighter, years ago. However I won't give it a five. Why? Becuase it's pretty basic mission. You go there, kill some fighters, kill some CRVs, and that's all. Just hide behind the engines and kill it. I require something more from a 5 battle, hence why 4. Anywayz. We need more T/F flying battles :D
I really liked this mission. It was straightforward and fun, and really realistic, something that lacks in many people's frequent use of such powerful craft as the T/D. TIE Fighters are cool!
Most enjoyable. A simple, yet challenging mission harping back to the good old days. :P
Excellent battle. Taking Corvetes in unshielded TIE Fighter so cool. This is fot real pilots.
