Grand Order of the Emperor
Any member of the Emperor's Hammer may be awarded the Grand Order of the Emperor for Service Above and Beyond the Call of Duty and Valor Extraordinaire. Award of this medal constitutes entrance into a fraternal order as well. Recipients of the Grand Order of the Emperor are highly respected in all manners of Imperial functions. This medal can only be awarded by the Fleet Commander, the Executive Officer, and a Group Commander.
Medal of Instruction
The Medal of Instruction is awarded to any pilot who personally recruits a new member to the TIE Corps (the recruit's training must be completed, as determined by the Dean of IWATS). The Medal of Instruction may be upgraded with a Blue, Gold, Platinum, Emerald or Diamond Cross.
Medal of Scholarship
The Medal of Scholarship is awarded to any Emperor's Hammer member who expands the Imperial University’s body of knowledge by creating a new course and supporting materials, or who substantially revises an existing course (generally considered to be changing at least 50% of the course content to include notes and the exam). Such new course or revised course must have been approved for instruction within the Imperial University according to Training Office procedures.

Commendation of Loyalty
The Commendation of Loyalty is awarded by the Fleet Commander or Executive Officer to members of the Emperor's Hammer who have displayed consistently excellent service to the Fleet. It may be recommended only twice a year, at the occasions of the Emperor's Hammer Anniversary (January 7) and Grand Admiral Ronin's Birthday (August 21) of each Standard Imperial Year.
Commendation of Bravery
The Commendation of Bravery is awarded to a member who has shown consistent dedication in combat. It can be awarded by a Wing Commander or higher to a pilot who has completed at least 30 missions or online combat engagements (or a combination of both). This commendation can only be awarded once.
Letter of Achievement
The Letter of Achievement is awarded per newsletter entry that is published in 'Dark Sentinel', the Emperor's Hammer official newsletter. Letters of Achievement can only be awarded by the Executive Officer.
Order of the Vanguard
The Order of the Vanguard is awarded to members for extended service in the Fleet. It is granted for one year in the Emperor's Hammer, with additional Echelons being granted for continued membership. This is the only medal that is automatically awarded and upgraded as necessary by the database for all members of the TIE Corps.
General Campaign Medal - Assurian Halo
Neutralization of the Ishtari Campaign
In 32 ABY, Emperor's Hammer forces arrived at the Assurian Halo to free the planets from the Ishtari insectoids' control and hopefully neutralize them for good. After a month long campaign full of small battles that slowly chipped away at both the Emperor's Hammer and Ishtari forces, the Emperor's Hammer was able to push into the core planets of the system. Vicious fighting lasted until the last day, where the TIE Corps eventually proved triumphant.

General Campaign Medal - Tkon Rift
Defending the Rift Campaign
In 33 ABY, Emperor's Hammer forces arrived at the Tkon Rift, an expanse of space that the Kilji Illumine sought to pass through enroute to dominating this region of space and then the galaxy. Over the course of a month forces of the TIE Corps and Secret Order put up a mighty fight, contesting every star system in the Rift and destroying well over half of the Kilji starfleet before the enemy forces fell back. Participants in the campaign were recognized with award of the General Campaign Medal - 2013 Tkon Rift, with the blue and white ribbon alluding to the insignia of the Chiss Ascendancy in recognition of the newly established relationship between the groups.

Reclaiming the Rift Campaign
In 33 ABY, after months of training and build-up, the forces of the Emperor's Hammer launched an all out attack on the forces of the Kilji Illumine who had been consolidating their hold on portions of the Tkon Rift. After weeks of combat that saw the TIE Corps liberate world after world, the Emperor's Hammer emerged victorious in lifting the threat of the Kilji Illumine.

Vice AdmiralRecommendation by Fleet Admiral Turtle Jerrar and seconded by Grand Admiral Rapier As RA Sylas Pitt assumed the role of Training Officer, she immediately faced a number of challenges within the Imperial University system. Undeterred, Sylas Pitt accepted these challenges head-on and began making immediate changes and improvements while simultaneously clearing the existing IU exam backlog. She began by developing the team needed to successfully overhaul the Imperial University system. Through her leadership, the office began a dedicated effort to fix problems in existing courses while also looking to the future for new course development. To date, this has included major revisions to four courses (with 10 others planned in the queue), the release of four entirely new courses, and minor improvements to numerous others. RA Sylas Pitt’s guidance and oversight has also reduced the turnaround time for exam grading. Most exam submissions are now graded (with feedback provided to the member) in no more than a single day. These improvements have significantly improved the experience in taking Imperial University courses for all members as well as the overall quality of instruction. Under RA Sylas Pitt’s guidance, the Training Office has also established two new aspects of the Imperial University system: the certification program, and the newly revamped Medal of Scholarship. The introduction of the certification program has provided members with a new way to engage with IU content and to be recognized for their accomplishments. The Medal of Scholarship provides a visible means for members who create IU content to be recognized for their contributions. These innovative efforts have continued to improve the depth and breadth of the Imperial University’s offerings. In recognition of these accomplishments in the first seven and a half months of her tenure, I am pleased to recommend RA Sylas Pitt for advancement to the rank of Vice Admiral.Promotion recommended by: GA Rapier |
