That was a fun battle and most probably my last battle for RtF 2021. So it gets a special place in the Genie 'career'. Not sure how many I flew but it was almost the entire XvT battle list. I highly recommend giving this one a go.
These missions were really well done, with a large force to take out. There is a serious threat of a specially shielded INT but it isn't really explained other than that it has SSD tech in its shields. The missions are actually fun and well made. Not difficult, not short but jsut right. Really well done actually.
This was a clear example of an unfinished battle. Although the plotline is very good, the missions are laid out in a very repetitive way. The rewarding thing is that you get to fly the Space Cadillac, aka the might T/D, and this means nothing is much of a threat while you're flying, but limited options in the loadout screen, as well as an invincible INT in last mission, really took a dent on the overall playability and gaming experience. Sad, because with some better craftmanship it could have become another golden classic.
The battle leaves a strange sense when completed. Well, maybe completed is the wrong word, and that's exactly why. The battle ends with the enemy Interdictor still there. It feels like there's something missing, which is escape from the enemy. With the Trapper there, you're not going nowhere. Maybe a sequel was intended?
Enjoyable battle. The only thing I didn't like was that the AI was stealing my kills in mission 2. Either the AI of the enemy is too low or I am rusty ;).

Two probs: 1. the LST file needs a minor edit.
In mission 1, I disabled all the freighter, and the ATR Storm went for the empty CARG instead of the TRN, failing the mission.
