Terrible mission. It's appalling how unnecessary some missions can be. This one features the legendary TIE Bomber, unshielded of course, but with a Tractor Beam? If there is anything more frustrating than dogfighting in the hammerhead configuration of a T/B laser set, is to sink a CRS and a STRKC with a standard load of warheads. Not even mention the A-Ws and X-Ws armed with missile and the worthless complement of friendly GUNs. A total disaster, that hopefully I will not need to fly again. You've been warned.

Well, after unleashing a barrage of my favorite Heavy Rockets, I flew around for a few minutes and waited for the STRK and the CRS to collide with each other. BOOM! Primary and secondary objectives complete, 0 laser shots fired. Woot!

PLOTLINE:
Tartarus squadron of Wing XIII aboard ISD Grey Wolf is given order to clean up the Pardron system. The distant world of Pardron was always a rebel staging area before jedi & NRAF joint operations and there is also a MC-80b Mon Cal reported orbiting the Pardron. That Mon Cal has troubled the EH before, and it must be taken out in order to get rid of Jedi Master Jeremy White, at least for some time.
While the Tartarus Squadron commences its mission, the player is put into a TIE Bomber. His orders are to destroy the Mon Cal by a direct attack.
COMMENTS:
More details in the briefing. Ask LC Marcin Szydlowski, your briefing officer for this mission. He'll be helpful. Also, expect some DB influence and some nifty rebel tricks in this mission. It should be a bit of challenge, especially on hard. It ain't that easy in an old TIE Bomber...
