Woof. Poor design choices, odd ship selection, and limited loadouts gives this one a rough difficulty that feels cheap rather than challenging. Some issues with the cap ships throughout this battle too - a bunch of cap ships early on have "hold steady" orders; a trio of CRVs have starfighter orders later on and will chase you down (hopefully you swapped out rockets for missiles so you can deal with them). And of course, your SO contact will provide no advice if you do poorly; only incrimination. It's more or less what I've come to expect when flying DB battles, but that doesn't make it any less disappointing.

There's a couple of nice bits of plot here and there, and it is playable... just not as good as it could be with some more finesse.

Previous reviews are invalid - the battle has since been updated and mission 4 is extremely reasonable. However, mission 5 asks far too much while giving you far too little...

Overall, it is an enjoyable battle with a solid plot and good writing. It does ask a lot of you while putting you often in unshielded craft, but that's part of the challenge !

Mission 4's poor design forces me to give this battle a very low overall rating. When its impossible to complete the objectives because the ships that have to be inspected hyper in, then immediately hyper out, that's not what I call a well designed plot.

not so good, one of the missions where so hard, that i've to fly it 20 or 30 times, the capital ships are to short in the battle area to inspect :-(

Installation Instructions:
1] Double click the .EHM file, the EH Battle Launcher will install the battle.
2] Check the Misc folder in your TIE one for additional material like patches, sounds etc.
3] Press the TIE Fighter button to start TIE and fly the battle.

BATTLE SUMMARY: After a period of upheaval in the clan due to the exiling or execution of many 
former brethren who could not or would not live up to the principles of our dark clan and houses, a 
resupply and rebuilding program is in full progress. For example, the Sith Squadron has been reorganized 
into TIE Bomber, TIE Interceptor and Assault Gunboat flights to fit the varied missions required of the 
unit. Supply lines are being re-established into the lawless Minos Cluster to ensure the logistical safety of 
the clan's two houses.

MISSION 1 INFO: Supply ships under contract with the Brotherhood are reporting an attack on the far 
side of the Koros moon of Yridia II. Our House desperately needs these supplies to arrive safely at the 
House castle. The Sith squadron will be deployed to stop any such attack.  
	BRIEFING: GUN Dark Jedi will enter hyperspace to emerge at Nav Buoy CT-55, where the 
attack has been reported. Clan assets at the resupply point are to be protected at all costs and the attacking 
forces must be destroyed. VSD Corsair is en route from a Brotherhood asteroid station, where it was 
supervising training maneuvers and further resupply flights.
	SHIP USED: GUN Dark Jedi (3), VSD Corsair, T/I Dark Jedi (3), T/B Dark Jedi (2), SCT 
Roamer (2), E/S Koros Screen (3), M/CRV Cargo Star (2), CTNR Forager (4); X-W Blue (5), Y-W

	GOALS: 50 percent of Forager and Cargo Star must survive; Corsair must arrive. Bonus: All

MISSION 2 INFO: Your T/B had ion engine trouble so you were left behind on the previous mission. 
Now you are assisting in flying sector patrol near a weapons storage station.
	BRIEFING: Awaiting the return of the VSD Corsair, T/B Dark Jedi flies picket at Station CT-59.

	GOALS: All but one of FRT G-2312 must complete mission. Bonus: All enemy craft destroyed.
MISSION 3 INFO: A Brotherhood probe has detected a secret enemy listening post on the edge of the 
asteroid belt. The listening station has been supplying detailed data to enemy attack units that have struck 
us the last two missions. The post must be destroyed. 
	BRIEFING: GUN Dark Jedi will soften the defenses, allowing T/B Dark Jedi to destroy the post. 
	SHIP USED: GUN Dark Jedi (4), T/B Dark Jedi (4), T/I Dark Jedi (2), VSD Corsair, PLT  Rebel 
Chi, CRV Aastiv, CRV Vadeq, SHU Pelt (4), X-wing Red (4), B-wing Blue (4), R-41 Green (3).
	GOALS: Destroy PLT and CRVs. Bonus: Destroy all enemy craft.

MISSION 4 INFO: VSD Corsair is stranded, cornered and disabled while we concentrated our forces in 
the asteroid belt and near the asteroid station. GUN Dark Jedi will try to stop the enemy from destroying 
our mothership. 
	BRIEFING: GUN Dark Jedi hypers in alone in a desperation effort to thwart the enemy attack on 
the Corsair. 
	SHIP USED: GUN Dark Jedi (4), VSD Corsair, FRG Roundtable (2), DREAD Buzzgun, ATR 
Claxon (4), ATR Manatee (3), Z-95 Estrofan (4), T-wing Truncate (5), CRV Forge (3)
	GOALS: Identify all enemy cap ships, destroy all enemy starfighters.

MISSION 5 INFO: Dark Jedi Squadron will lead the fight to recapture the Corsair.
	BRIEFING: T/B Dark Jedi will batter the VSD's shields and help GUN Dark Jedi disable her. 
Then the squadron must protect the CRV that will board and retake the VSD.

MISSION 6 INFO: The Rebels placed a multiple-PLT base to host their operations in the hopes of 
choking off Brotherhood resupply lines and dividing our forces in defending assets of our houses. It didn't 
work, but the PLT base remains and the clan cannot allow it to continue there. It is heavily defended and 
we will throw all our forces against it.

	BRIEFING: Several Sith flights are fully committed against the enemy in this mission. You will 
fly T/I Dark Jedi One to lead our dogfighting and escort runs.
	SHIP USED: T/I Dark Jedi (4), T/B Dark Jedi (4), GUN Dark Jedi (4), MIS Koph (2), M/FRG 
Inflamed, VSD Corsair, PLTs (4), FRTs  (4), SHU Escort Chi (2), CORT Brilliance.
	GOALS: Destroy everything.
