I disliked this mission greatly.
Its well built but a copy of a better XW mission.
Even a struggle on easy with the self destruct timer at times.
Good for a comp i suppose.

Flew on easy for TIE Golf. As a golf mission, it is all about accuracy, as a regular mission it would be just shooting "mostly" stationary/evading targets. Not that interesting to be honest.

Basically a turkey-shoot mission. You shouldn't have any major problems with this one - that said, it is a great mission for new pilots learning the game, looking at your potential targets for some tactical thinking and just some easy fun as well!

Terrible waste of your free time. It is incredible what we take on for these competitions. I think I am off to playing something else. Oh no wait I need to add more words for this review to be counted. This is totally ridiculous.

I highly recommend this one as a training mission to fly and practice your shots against different ties. Having a mission time pushes you to keep practicing your shots to be precise while learning the hit boxes at the same time.

A typical shooting gallery. You in the glorious unshielded TIE Interceptor against drones that are Imperial starfighters, stormtrooper transports and a couple containers and a bulk freighter. The Rebel X-Wing that appears can do some damage, but skilled pilots will have no trouble with this mission.

Simple but effective training mission. Shooting at idle or harmless targets, far from being boring, is indeed a fresh change and a very welcome one. It gives any player the possibility to grab the basic concepts if in the initial stages of the game curve, or provide an extra opportunity to practice your aiming skills in the "The Aim-Left-but-Shoot-right Spaceshoe" aka the TIE Interceptor. Fun to fly training mission, for a change.

This was a decent, albeit very basic training mission. Some easy work on shooting at moving targets and having a mission deadline ticking away to add some pressure to make up for the enemies not shooting back at you. Being that the briefing set this up as a basic training mission, destroying drones against the clock, it did everything it set out to do. A very adequate basic mission.

It's a straight-up training mission ported from Xwing if I remember right? But, that's ok. Not very exciting, but it actually serves as a nice introductory targeting mission. For people new to the game, this mission is ideal for getting to grips with targeting without much pressure on you.

LOL. This was a blast. I can remember back to the very first time I played this mission. It must have been 8-9 years ago! :P But of course, that was on X-Wing, not TIE Fighter. Although this is a duplicate, so are other TIE to XvT converstions, and they certainly don't get ratings this low. In any case, it was quite a pleasure to relive the past for just one mission!

I dont follow the opinions of the other ones. Very good idea with the timelimit, creative way to keep a suspension. Other thing the XW shot at me and had succsess so this is not a reason to complain about:) Ok it's a XW mission but at least we were able to kill this guy killing our cadets, good revenge.

I have to give this a 0 because it's just a clone of a mission from the X-Wing game! The player's craft was just changed from an X-Wing to and TIE Interceptor; otherwise it's an exact copy!

The only thing that kept this mission from getting a zero is that you have to high tail it to make sure you destroy everything. I was expecting at the end, a good dogfight between me and the Xwing, no missiles, no shields, just skin against skin! The thing never even shot at me! Very good for an easy FCHG point.
