There's a lot of issues on this one, mostly caused by the craft limit. Typhoon 1-1 will only show up 3 minutes after you've been attacked, but if you're past the craft limit at that time, they'll never show up. Escort Shuttle Dagger will show up when the CRS is at 50% hull, but that can also hit an issue. Luxury Liner Rogue will show up when the INT is destroyed. In-between, there's tons of ships and mayhem - particularly with cap ships with starfighter orders going after you and getting into a fight/smashing their own ships constantly.
I think there is a very good mission in here somewhere, but a lot of mess that needs to get cleaned up in order for it to shine.

This was a very tough mission, hypering into the middle of a rebel fleet and leaving you virtually alone. The reported bug is probably a result of flying it with cheats on (as I found out myself). Typhoon 1-1 (a mission critical craft) does not appear until 3 minutes after you are attacked, and it leaves when you destroy the INT. So if flying with cheats, leave them off until you've been attacked, and save the INT until after they've arrived.

We have a new pilot in the EH roster. The one who was commandeering the Calamari Cruiser Justice. He was competing on rebel kills. Fortunately I got the better of him. We should recruit him though. A job well done! This was a missed opportunity. A great idea but badly implemented. The premise is great, you find yourself in a Rebel Fleet and have to fight your way out. The Capital ships should not be chasing you though. Maybe put the Interdictor in the center and surround him at a safe distance with capital ships that are patrolling around him and have starfighters pressure you to leave. You fly in a... T/D of course. In any case, I give it a 2.

I found this mission challenging, you're fighting in the middle of a large Rebel fleet, pretty much by yourself. Much dog-fighting, and capital ship destroying is involved.

Same bug as what is shown below - 5 years ago.
Played on easy, without cheats as was suggested. Multiple play-throughs, lasering everything down. No success. Keeps getting stuck on the Typhoon 1-1 must survive objective. Killed literally everything else. No idea what this mission wants from me, but its not letting me complete it.

your wingmate from your squadron (1-1) never shows up making the mission impossible to complete. Even after killing everything and waiting an hour and a half.
