A very well-designed set of missions that were pretty easy to follow. Hopping through each squadron was a nice touch and there was a good mix of different kinds of battles, from dogfighting, escort, capital ship assault, to even a small fleet battle at the end. The only thing keeping this battle from a 5 is some missions were pretty frustrating and took many tries to complete. However, the difficulty of the missions usually wasn't coming from the mission design, more just the amount of Rebel fighters with Adv. missiles. If there was a 4.5 rating I would give it.

This battle is really fun. It is quite fast, has a lot of large ships and is also full of variety. But why the hell is there mission 5? It does everything differently and really doesn't fit in with the rest. Too bad, otherwise it would have been a really cool battle. But Mission 5 makes it just a 3 out of 5.

Was great until mission 5 onwards. Wingmen are useless.

I really, really loved the concept. It's one you could just replicate across each Wing and I still don't think it would get old. I don't know that design-wise it's anything special, but I feel like most of the missions are well executed, particularly the first four. A good time for sure!

This is a very interesting mission concept, and one of the few I've flown that tailors missions to the declared missions of the squadrons involved. More ships should do something like this, and I'm considering using it for my squadron as a sort of training exercise. Mission 6 is a bit tough, but it's still well-balanced and has good briefings and maps.

Great battle! Nice to fly a few different craft in a battle. Only drawbacks, really, were the maps. And taking on a Dreadnaught and 2 Light Calamari Cruisers, with full fighter escort, in a Missile Boat, with only one wingman. =)

I loved this battle, Relatively easy, fun to play, no annoying bugs.. The only slight drawback is the briefing maps.. But look past that and you've got one hell of a battle

I really liked this battle, mainly because the set-up was so unique. it was fun to go on a tour of the Relentless and fly missions that the squads would fly in real combat. the only drawback is the difficulty level: 2 MISs v. a DREAD and 2 CRLs? i suppose.

In Mission 2, there are 2 groups of mines in the mission file, MINE A J-05 and MINE C J-04.
There are 9x9 mines in the group defined, but the game has a hard limit of 64 mines to be on the field, which makes 9x7+1 appear from MINE A J-05, and none of MINE C J-04. This makes completing the bonus goals of destroying each group of mines impossible to complete

ELEMENTS TM & (c) LUCASARTS ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY. Description: Battle Notes: As you step off the transfer shuttle on the the hangar deck of the ISD Relentless your mouth gapes open in awe of the might of the great ship. Everywhere you look, something seems to be happening. As you gaze around you at your new home, and officer walks up to you. "Greetings Sub Lieutenant! Welcome to the Relentless!" You smile, nod, and shake his hand. "You have a unique opportunity offered to you. You have the chance to choose which squadron you join...So, what'll it be?" The officer looks you in the eye. "I don't know...How can I find more out about what each squadron does?" The officer looks at you with a gleam in his eye, and with those words, your first adventure on the Relentless has begun. Within two days, you are slated for six missions, one with each squadron on the Relentless. When all six are done, you choose which one you like best, and you are assigned to it. You are wished luck by the Wing Commander and sent on to your first mission. Mission 1 Notes: As a member of Dagger squadron, your job is to escort ambassadors to Hiran. While you fly a TIE Advanced, beware of Pirates in the area. Make sure at least one ATR and one E/S survive! Mission 2 Notes: During your time with Sword squadron, you will take out a Rebel Supply Depot. Beware of a hidden suprise. You fly a TIE Defender, and are asked to inspect the containers if the situation allows. Mission 3 Notes: A group of important scientists and engineers has been captured by the Rebels and are being ferried to the ESC Intrepid! Help recapture them in your TIE Defender, Crossbow 2. Be quick, for Rebel reinforcements are on the way! Mission 4 Notes: The Escort Carrier Doom is under attack by 4 squadrons of Rebel fighters! Fly to its rescue in a Missile Boat. You are a member of Spear squadron in this mission. The Doom must be saved! Mission 5 Notes: Intel has discovered a Rebel spacedock, and High Command wants it taken out quietly. Fly a TIE Defender as a member of Hammer squadron, the Special Ops squadron. Use your Mag Pulse torpedos to knock out the weapon systems of the capital ships.
