I really enjoyed these series of missions - on easy at least they were fine to complete, and didn't take too long. There was a range of things going on each mission, and you had plenty of wingman support, which is always nice. Certainly worth reading through the other reviews though if you are going to play on a harder difficulty, in respect to suicide ganking enemy ships though! Certainly will be playing through this one again!

A lot more ship to ship combat than DB 2, need to take out fighters and then mop up shuttles and cap ships. A few annoying things at the end of a mission where one cap ship rammed mine and wrecked the mission but those things happen.

I didn't love this one - some poor design at play, with lots of cap ships, but EVERYTHING arrives via hyperspace for... reasons? Mission 2 saw multiple cap ships crash into your mothership you're supposed to protect on difficulties greater than easy - not sure that that was intended. I think some of the plot stuff it does (with you "failing" the initial mission) at times is interesting, but still just feels like something that would have benefitted from a lot more finesse.

A solid battle with engaging large scale fights.
My eighty-sixth battle in the TIE Corps.

A decent battle but not anything stellar or super exciting. Pretty well designed, functioned properly and had an adequate amount of challenge built into it. Good mix of ships and available resources to you as a pilot.

This battle could have been a golden classic if it had been properly beta tested. Plotline is nothing extraordinary but decently effective. The missions, however are the same recipe repeated over and over again. T/A with missiles against capital ships and fighters. No chances of choosing your loadouts or even the possibility of flying the GUNs, that hopefully will join you in the frays. It also has some basic mistakes, like a DREAD ramming your VSD, or kamikaze ATRs that while attacking your command ship, will not have the skill to maneuver out from the initial vector. Unfortunately, the good plotline and effort spent in this battle are spoiled, and this is yet-another missed opportunity for a great battle

I really liked how these missions were put together. Nothing too hard, but really fun to play. A lot of it you are escort for the strike team and while I normally enjoy playing as the strike team, these missions showed that it can be really fun to take out everything else as well. The last mission itself is quite enjoyable as you have lots of objectives.

This battle was fun. The missions tend to emphasize blowing up capital ships in T/As with advanced missiles, which seems like an odd choice for mass destruction. This was another battler where this SPAM pilot wishes he could switch on unlimited ammo.

Way too easy, but quick, fun, and painless. I cannot give it a 5 or 4 because it was way too easy, and the story was a little... eh. I was also confused by one of the lines said in mission 4, where you're randomly told that you supposedly let this Moff get away, and that you'll be charged for high treason, although the CRV just arrived to capture the CRS. 3/5.

This battle is solid. The missions are challenging, but not impossible. Highly recommended.

Not bad, but why did every enemy ship just trying to ram into the VSD? Can't they think up of another tactic. That and to much waiting around in the last mission, I went and made a sandwich. It is an okay mission except for those things.

Hrm... I didn't like this that much. I found the storyline a bit wishy-washy (why capture the guy and not just wipe him off the face of the galaxy for example), and it had a tendency to use non-challenging craft versus dead easy craft (e.g. T/A versus A-Wings and the like). Not the best battle in the world, but I suppose not the worst either. Would have been better if I hadn't had to refly the capture mission a couple of times due to friendly craft killing the critical craft. :P

This battle like many others in Battle Center has been poorly composed, the combat part of the missions is fine, it's the technically aspect (I.E, Way point settings, craft arrival conditions, Craft targets both friendly and Foe, lack of Radio communications, etc). The Battle was still a pleasure to fly, and with no Awing syndrome in sight, differently a battle you should try.

Great battle Goat! But I think it could have used a little more reference to the DB.

Title: House Ludo Kreesh - Battle for Frondra Missions: 4 Game Platform: X-wing vs TIE Fighter (XvT) Author: FL/CM Goatham/Rage 2-1/Avenger Wing I/SSD Avenger - Mission creater & bug tester, Storyline/Plotline Creater, Help file (this file) creater. Mission 1: The House Ludo Kreesh Battlegroup has heard rumours of a defecting Imperial Moff. the VSD Destructor has been sent to confirm these rumours by raiding a Rebel Base. The ATR Omega will board the Outpost and search their files, but you must hold off the Rebel fighters first in order for Omega to do this. Mission 2: We have confirmed the rumours and have hypered into the sector around the Moff Sejanus's homeworld. Only to find a large Rebel Fleet preparing to accept his surrender of the planet. T/A Diamond will launch and take out every Rebel ship in the area, allowing our Ground Assault Troops to go in and capture Moff Sejanus. Mission 3: Our Ground Assault was not successful, the Moff escaped and half of our troops were destroyed, but we managed to successfully capture the Capital. A single Rebel cruiser has arrived to take Sejanus to safety in the New Republic, we must prevent this, but be prepared for any other dangers which the Rebels may launch. Mission 4: Sejanus may have escaped, but we still managed to trace his CRS, it has headed to a remote system, no doubt the Rebel Fleets location. Be sure to take out every ship there, but we must capture Sejanus. So be prepared for strong Rebel resistance, and possibly some of Sejanus's personal troops. Battle Debriefing: Congratulations men, you successfully prevented the surrender of Frondra. Moff Sejanus was caputured, and is currently being given an Imperial Trial, so that he can be allowed an Imperial Citizens privaledge, a quick death, instead of a long one! Special note must be given to you for successfully taking out every Rebel ship in the area, the destruction of Sejanus's private ISD was remarkable! We never knew that would happen yet you survived it. You can expect a new plaque in your room when you return pilot, and a nice new badge aswell for your uniform. For now though get some rest, the VSD Destructor will not be pulling out of hyperspace for a few hours, so get some rest for the moment, you never know what you will face back home.
