Pretty average mission really - just destroy the capital ship and protect the platform, and you are all done.

This mission can flip between tedious where you take your time strafing the Escort Carrier with torpedoes and lasers whilst fighting off enemy fighters OR be stupidly quick if you load up with rockets, use cheats and nuke the Escort Carrier. It really depends if your chasing a high score or looking to tick a box.

Easy mission, even on hard. Dump your torps into the ESC, drop the shields with cannons, and disable with ions. Focus on the fighters and finish with the ESC if it’s still alive.

Decent battle for training. It will get you through several waves of rebel fighters in increasing difficulty while trying to sink the ESC. Alternatively you can nuke the ESC to hell and get through with it. Worth a try and either a cheesed or honest work point of FCHG. Your choice.

I played on Easy. This is another extremely quick battle if you use unlimited weapons and invulnerability. The goal is to kill one, smallish capital ship and then the mission is over. I believe I've spent more time on this review than I did on the battle.

This is a simple mission and is easy to complete. It actually has a (small) plot which is nice compared to some others that don't. It does not present a significant challenge, even on hard.

A fairly easy mission, almost too easy. There doesn’t seem to be any real tension or possibility that you won’t be able to complete the primary mission objectives. Even the secret objective is quite easy with the skill of the enemy pilots.

Annoying how the AI for your rookies is so low they're too stupid to actually do much good. Gunboats just keep crashing into the ESC
