Pretty decent little mission - some enjoyable dogfighting, and goals are completed quickly by others, so you can concentrate on having fun. A good mission to hone your dogfighting skills in I think.
A strange mission, a bit of a turkey shoot of a battle that has you facing off against enemy capital ships. It's a bit strange given the corvettes have fighter orders and are chasing the Assault Transports! Reasonable though and I'd advise people to fly it.
Quick and simple mission, precisely fitting for the Überbomber. Nuke some capitals and dogfight your way through. Without a beam weapon, that is. But thankfully double loads of warheads. Worth a try and a fast FCHG point for your collection.
i tested this mission with cheats and 4x on, pretty fun going all in with protons on the 4 corvettes that spawn in together. a little harder trying to take them all out before dying. i couldnt have my wingmen attack targets
This mission probably has the most depth of the Pappy series i've played so far. Having said that, it is still extremely easy and quick. Many allied ships had already taken out enemy ships before I could even do anything. Still it had a lot more elements in it than previous missions.
I played on Easy. This was the longest Pappy mission so far, in that it doesn't end instantly if you have invulnerability and unlimited weapons turned on. This mission definitely seems like it could go long without that and seems like it'd be a bit boring.
A very easy and simple mission here, with, like some other reviewers have noted, an abundance of friendlies. There doesn’t seem to be any real challenge since your wingmen and escorts will take care of most threats.
Badly made mission. The fighters do not even have instructions to attack you. So if you send the T/Ds home they just hyperspace in/out. The mission was rushed. It is 'ok' if you are not in overwhelming danger, but it should at least serve a purpose. Either as part of a storyline or to reward you with some other experience. Sometimes the corvettes crash into the 'SSD', destroying themselves and the 'SSD' in the process. If you like shooting fish in a barrel, then this is the mission for you. If not, don't waste your time. There are better missions out there. To get the chance to shoot things down you need to send the T/Ds home. Whether deliberately or just because of copy paste all the T/Ds obey your commands so you can send them home and at least get to fly the mission yourself. Just KEEP ONE T/D behind, else the enemy fighters hyperspace out!
Its like many random stuff is going on right after you join the battle. Everything makes zero sense.
1 point for creator's effort.
Way too many friendles, and way too many incompetent enemies in unchallenging fighters to be fun. And why did that poor enemy SSD have no shields to begin with? Before I could start my attack it was already down to 13%...
Despite what the other reviews say, I had fun with this, mostly it's a case of balancing your recharge lvls between the various systems and making sure you have enough laser power to make the SLAMS work when you need them ^_^ Sure you *do* have heaps of missiles, but you are flying a Missile Boat after all :)
Pretty boring. It was so easy I turned off my shield, and you get so many missiles that you feel like you've got unlimited ammo on.
Far too easy. There are so many friendlies that the Rebel capships are gone in less than 2 mins. Then you have to sit around waiting for the waves of fighters to come just to get the 50% Rebel craft destroyed. I don't like "You vs. The World" missions, but this one over did the wingmen.

Minor bug: the mission requires an SSD. In the editor ship type is listed as 'none'. The ship does appear as an ISD, so the goals can be completed.
