This mission was fine to complete just the primary goals, and I didn't hang about on this one - certainly will be playing again though to explore the extra points available. Recommended!

Incredibly boring. Why would you send a gunboat on a recon mission? I would have preferred a T/F as it is faster...

Beautiful scenery with no need to kill anyone. A simple but great mission.

That's one hell of a long mission. I think I spent over an hour on this one. There's two and a half sith tonnes of IRDs for you to dogfight. And when you think you are home the true sith storm starts. From technical perspective it's really decent. I like it!

this is really a mission you can compete with your squad mates...alot of things to improve your score. I only find it weird that ive got a dozen IRD's chasing me when i haven't done anything wrong yet...

I really enjoyed this mission.. lots of fighters to kill and an intersting plot. Arriving at the Semag station was just awesome, with all the ISD's and Dreads parked. You can spend 10 min. to complete this one, or an hour if you're looking for some serious bonus points and good times. And I swear, I didn't shoot first:P

Well, it was ok I guess. A little drawn out...some of the Cap Ships are hard to quick target with the joystick due to their proximity and the shipyard all around them. Overall, good mission though!

Excellent free mission. Great briefing, and the visual effects of the shipyards were great. What is an easy mission to complete turns more difficult if you want to go after all of the bonus points. Great job!

This was a well-made mission with lots of targets to kill. I hated getting destroyed 58 minutes into it cause I was greedy, but I wanted the serious score! Total time to complete 2:04:33... I had nothing else to do, and I didn't shoot first either... ;) Excellent job!

This was an excellent mission! The shipyards were very impressive (although it slowed my system down a bit), and the amount of extra stuff you can do in this mission makes it really fun.

Might be alittle biased here, I did make this one >:P. But this one is a good mission, I think I might have over done the Reaste station just a tad. If you have an older system, it'll slow down considerablely. It can be a nice short mission (less than 20 minutes), or a long one (upwards of 2 hours) just depends on how high of a score you want :) Oh and I did shoot first >;)

The day began as any other day on the Imperator Class Star Destroyer, Immortal. The Immortal was in orbit around the planet Ashtar. Located in the Seti system. For three days the ship had been awaiting orders. Today those orders would come. Vice Admiral Marc had ordered that all Squadron Commanders and the Wing Commander report ASAP to the Officer's Briefing room, however three hours earlier than normal... Five minutes after the call had been sent out five of the six Squadron Commanders and the Wing Commander, Major Adrenaline, had assembled. They began to mull over why they had been awaken so early. When Major Weasel entered the room, he was late arriving to the meeting. His Squadron, had been out for 18 hours on patrol duty through the nearby planets. The gathered Commanders suddenly hushed for they thought the Admiral had walked in. It was only Weasel. He gave a brief report to the Wing Commander before the Admiral arrived. He informed the group of commanders that a fleet of supply ships had arrived during the night and had nearly completed transfer of supplies to the Immortal and the small task force which had gathered at Ashtar. Something BIG was about to happen. As Vice Admiral Marc entered, the Commanders jumped up and saluted there Commodore. "At ease", said Marc. "I have some information that I have been ordered to share with you, Our orders have came at last. We are to take on four Strike Class Cruisers and two Victory Class Star Destroyers as escort for the up coming mission." Marc pointed at the display screen before them. " We are to head for the Semag System at best possible speed, once there Recon patrols will be sent out and information will be gathered on the system and its makeup." Major Weasel interrupted, "Sir, I was under the impression that the Semag System was devoid of sentient life, or at least that which had space travel capabilities." "You are correct Major" said Marc, "If this was eight years ago." I am sure some of you have heard the old rumors about an Imperial Admiral breaking away during the Galactic Civil War and forming his own mini Empire. Well those rumors were true. And no I am not referring to Admiral Harkov and his band of misfits. I am referring to one Admiral Archibald Zaarin, Head of technological development of Star Fighters for the Imperial Navy some eight years ago. Zaarin broke away and formed his own Empire, and was successful" "Sir, are you saying this happened to the pre-Endor Empire?" said Captain Nix. "Yes", replied Marc. A look of disbelief went across the room from commander to commander. "The Semag System was a area that was disputed during the conflict with Zaarin, Grand Admiral Thrawn's forces routed Zaarin from this system. Or so we had thought for the past 6 years". Thanks to the Intelligence Division a convoy was intercepted and captured 7 days ago. This convoy had passed though the outer Semag System and ran into some trouble......... "They lost 5 freighters due to them colliding with an object some 10 KM in length, It was man made. The convoy took heavy losses as they were torn up by Turbo laser fire. Of the six freighters left only one had a log that was some what intact. From this log Intel was able to determine what they had crashed into. Dispite being extremely corrupted the log was found to have a few scans of the object taken from about 200 meters away just before the convoy made a blind micro jump to escape." "From the scans Intel was able to identify the object. An Executor Class Star Destroyer. That is putting it roughly as this object is 10 KM+ in length." "Our job is to find this ship, establish contact and find out who it belongs to. It is unlikely that any of Zaarin's Fleet remains in this system. The Rebels went through it about 3 years ago and found nothing." "25 probe droids were launched to provide us with some information before entering the system. As of 15 minutes ago all probes were confirmed as MIA. That means we are going in blind". The doors to the briefing room opened and 12 black clad Naval Troopers entered the room. "Commanders, these Troopers will escort you back to your new quarters. You have all been assigned to share deck 67, section 13. There are 7 bunk areas located there. You are hereby under house arrest for the next two days." "Understand, I was ordered to do this so that you will not have the chance to inform crewers or your pilots about the up coming mission". "You are dismissed". The seven Commanders saluted and were escorted out. _________________________________________________________________________________________ Recon at Semag: Mission preview Ranger Squadron is doing what it does best Recon, You will be going on a solo mission to Reaste. Long range scans have picked up large masses of metal in orbit, which could be a lot of things, asteroids, moons, an Executor Class Star Destroyer... You will hyper jump in and identify all ships or stations in the search area. While you are patrolling by Reaste, Ranger Flights will reconnoiter the other 5 planets outside of the mid-system asteroid belt. Flight 2 will meet you in the outer system at a prearranged rendezvous. You will then proceed back to the Immortal at best possible speed. Remember your main goal is to find the SSD or the base it is operating from. _________________________________________________________________________________________ This Free Mission created by: CMDR/MAJ Weasel/Ghost/Wing XI/ISD Immortal PDH-g/FoEW/BSx2/PCx2/ISMx12/MoI-BC/LoC-CSx8/MoC-7BoC/CoB [CNTR] {IWATS-M/1/2-SM/2-TM-TT-XTT}[T/A: Lynx]
