An enjoyable mission to play - with some interesting ship types you can choose from. Like the other reviews though, you are sent off with very little ammo, which could be improved upon in the mission design.

Storyline:
Decent premise but it felt somehow ...unfinished. Needs to be elaborated more. There were attempts when the rebel frigate arrived for example.
Technical:
I cant complain. I liked the use of multiple OPTs to build a base. I think the yellow messages should be from Kuati rather than rebel.
Operational:
If you take the initiative and go ahead, you'll have enemy FGs all chasing you. Other than that, you're the one taking it to the offensive and the base won't go anywhere. No real risk here just try to kill as much as you can before your wingmates do.
Briefings/messages/characters:
There was an effort on this briefing, liked the animation and the colored text but there could be a lot more context for the premise to make you feel involved.
Fun factor:
I admit it was fun. Yes, quite entertaining and felt like something different to be against that destroyable scenario.

A deceptively simple mission, the enemy fighters weren't too exciting in their pursuit of you, and your allies are halfway useless...Apart from that, the munitions you're given aren't too plentiful (depending on which craft you take, which is a factor I really liked about it, the freedom to choose between a selection of about a dozen different craft). Outside of that, nothing too remarkable.

A fairly good mission, one that allows you to pick your craft which is something of a rarity. Endless waves of pirate fighters while trying to blow the objective can be tricky, but is a good candidate for HS competitions like TCiB.

Like others before me have eloquently explained, this mission is a mediocre one. Blasting the entire (it felt literally) Kuat Shipyards was a tedious task, besides, the fighter escort to protect it was a bunch of pirate and civilian fighters, see the ones pirates normally use which are essentially not up to the task of countering a T/A. Also, do remember to bring down any capital ships as well in order to complete the mission. And finally, but this was a fun thing I found, you can choose from a wide selection of fighters and other ships to fly this assignment. Thankfully there was a YT2000 which is always a blast for me. Grinding down enemies with the automated turret always takes a smile out of my face. But besides that, the mission is tedious, the dogfighting is lame and the briefings do seem sketchy and unpolished. There are better missions in the compendium. Skip it unless there is nothing else to fly, and if you do, try something original. YTs are delight to fly, always. Azzameen knew.

Horrible doesnt even begin to describe this mission... The basic premise is good. Also watching a giant structure like that explode into pieces makes for perfect eye candy. Everything though about the mission itself, from the briefing, which as hastily thrown together, to the actual battle itself. It's lazy and not worth flying for. In addition, the primary objective talks about destroying the Shipyard and yet one of the Modified Frigates is part of that objective. You reach 80+% and are wondering what else to blow up, whereas the briefing was saying capture or destroy the (lancer) frigates. So, if you do decide to fly this one, be sure to destroy the modified frigate as well.

A mediocre mission really, rather easy and dull one. Enemy fighters aren't much of a threat and your friendly force mops up the rest with ease. Technically it lacks background objects. If using a custom shader, you may end up playing this one in absolute darkness.

Pretty Large shipyard to blow up, lots of chances for Dogfights. Overall a decent Mission that sparks interest for all.

Those enemy fighters get obnoxious when you have 5 or 6 of em on you. Overall a pretty fun mission though.
